China Charities Aid Foundation For Children (CCAFC) signed a contractual agreement to establish the Operation Smile Special Fund in July 2015. Funds received by Operation Smile Special Fund of CCAFC will be used to provide resources and medical care in the area of cleft lip and cleft palate, as well as other related education and training initiatives.
